If you have an OpenAI account, we work with that. If you use Claude through your Anthropic API, we work with that. If you prefer OpenRouter or Gemini, bring those keys. We're a writing platform, not a model vendor.

The economics are simple. You pay the model provider. We don't take a cut. We don't resell your inference. We don't track your prompts or build a walled garden. The work is yours. The keys are yours. The decision about which tools fit your writing is yours.

This isn't sacrifice on our part. It's clarity.

Most writing platforms make money by locking you in. They push you toward their models, their tokens, their system. Once you're in, leaving costs you access to your work. The lock-in becomes the business model.

We built AIStoryHub differently. We don't make money from model ownership or token resale. We make it by understanding how novelists, screenwriters, and game designers actually work with AI: as a thinking partner, not a ghost writer. That's the hard part. That's what we build.

The model is just the model. An indispensable tool, sure. But not a moat.
