We closed a seed round and relaunched with a BYOK model: bring your own Anthropic, OpenRouter, OpenAI, or Google API key and pay your provider directly. We're no longer the compute middleman. For anyone who used the tool seriously, this will usually cost less than the old Pro tier. For lighter use, you pay for exactly what you use.
The prose generation has improved. We rebuilt the pipeline around a two-pass system: structured scene planning with character motivation and sensory anchors, followed by a generation pass that draws on exemplars matched to your genre and voice profile. If the old version's output ever felt generic to you, it's worth another look.
